IcedUp Photography No Refund Policy

 

1. All payments made to Dallas Photographer IcedUp Photography LLC are non-refundable.

 

2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a photography session with IcedUp Photography.

 

3. If a client cancels their photography session, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

 

4. If IcedUp Photography cancels the photography session, the 50% deposit will be refunded in full.

 

5. If a client is not satisfied with the photography session, no refunds will be issued.

TRAVEL PHOTOSHOOTS

1. All travel Photoshoots outside of Dallas must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

2. Travel fees may apply for any travel Photoshoots outside of Dallas.

3. All travel Photoshoots must be approved by the photographer prior to booking.

4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.

5. All travel Photoshoots must adhere to local laws and regulations.

6. The photographer reserves the right to refuse any travel Photoshoot request.
